Due to the coronavirus pandemic, many companies and organisations have decided to hold job interviews online to reduce the risk of the virus spreading.
This idea is mainly aimed towards organisations and companies that require only computer based work that can be done from home, keeping all employees at less of a chance of contracting the virus.
“It was actually easier to get hold of many clients because they were at home, bored and on the end of a mobile phone than it was when they were in meetings, walking factories or flying somewhere,” said recruitment firm PageGroup’s chief executive Steve Ingham.
