Due to the rapid increase and spread rate of the coronavirus, it is inevitable that many UK citizens will seek help and assistance from their GP’s, which is where the crisis comes in.
There has already been thousands of cases related to covid-19 in the UK, which could lead up to millions very soon according to health officials.
GP’s across the UK are afraid that the number of people coming in with a coronavirus worry will overrun their workload and therefore create a huge crisis and risk of them either catching the virus, or being stressed out due to an uneven balance of patients coming in versus the amount of GP’s in the UK, or maybe even both.
The government are currently trying to work their way around the problem before the situation becomes any worse.
