Situated at the heart of Walsall, the Walsall Travelodge is the perfect place if you are looking for a weekend break away. Walsall Travelodge provides a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Each room features a shower, with shampoo and body wash included, free tea and coffee with a kettle, an open wardrobe space to hang your clothes. There is also an iron and hairdryer provided for guests.
I stayed in a double room that included a king size bed. The room was exceptionally clean, with pure white beds, four luxuriously soft pillows and one comfortable chair. There were also two spare pillows available and heating was provided. There was also a wide screen TV displayed on the wall that featured over 700 channels, allowing you to wind down and relax while watching your favourite movie or TV shows.
A breakfast box was provided to guests, which included a cereal box, orange juice, semi skimmed milk and a fruit muffin.
The Walsall Travelodge comes with a car park, where guests must pay, however the hotel staff were kind enough to provides us with free parking during our stay.
The hotel is easily accessible for everyone as there are lifts and stairs available on each floor.
The Walsall Travelodge is just a five-minute walk to the city centre, where you can visit over 100s of shops or check out the crown wharf shopping centre. There is also a Tesco and McDonalds next to the Travelodge, so guests can purchase their own food and drink.
I personally enjoyed my stay at the Walsall Travelodge. There so much to do near the hotel, from shopping centres, cinema’s and restaurants.
The customer service was incredible, as the hotel staff were easily approachable and are prepared to help you with all your queries and concerns.
